Styria's largest light park – a sparkling winter experience for the whole family near Graz
Millions of lights, imaginative sculptures and impressive light installations transform Schwarzlsee in Premstätten near Graz into a fascinating winter wonderland. From 14 November 2026 to 10 January 2027, visitors can enjoy an extraordinary experience right beside the lake.
Along a circular trail stretching over three kilometres, discover illuminated landscapes, imaginative light sculptures and countless photo opportunities. Particularly impressive is the interplay of light and water: the installations are reflected in the lake, while a water and fountain show accompanied by music provides additional highlights.
In the “Enchanted Village”, elaborately designed wooden huts create a special atmosphere with light, mist and sound effects. A dedicated family amusement park with rides and various attractions offers additional entertainment for children. Food stalls serving sweet and savoury specialities complete the experience.
