Landessportzentrum, Jahngasse 3
An ice-skating dream at the foot of the Schlossberg: the 3,000 m² ice rink at the Landessportzentrum in Jahngasse. Little ones can take their first steps on the ice with the popular penguin skating aids. There is always plenty going on, with skate hire, ice stock sport, ice hockey and numerous events.
Ice rink opening hours:
- Daily, 9 am – 7 pm (skating sessions: 9 am – 11 am, 11.30 am – 1.30 pm, 2 pm – 4 pm, 5 pm – 7 pm)
- Evening skating: Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 7.45 pm – 9.45 pm
Special opening hours:
- 24 December 2026, 9 am – 1.30 pm
- 25 December 2026, 11.30 am – 7 pm
- 26 December 2026, 9 am – 9.30 pm
- 31 December 2026, 9 am – 7 pm
- 1 January 2027, 11.30 am – 7 pm
Tickets: Each ticket is valid for one admission to a single skating session. Children under 6 skate for free! Tickets are available on site and online.
