Bistro Josephine at the SkyBar in the SCHLOSSBERG Restaurant
On 23 and 24 April 2026, a touch of Paris will once again sweep over the rooftops of Graz: on these two evenings, the SkyBar at Restaurant SCHLOSSBERG will be transformed into ‘Bistrot Joséphine’. Tables laid in red and white, French chansons and stylish details create an authentic bistro atmosphere with sweeping views over the city.
Culinary delights include a four-course menu that you can freely select from the menu, featuring classics of French bistro cuisine – from beef tartare and lobster bisque to filet au poivre and the original tarte Tatin. Distinct flavours, artisanal precision and charming presentation make the evening a delightful mini-break to France – and for a limited time only.
