Lecture Theatre Concert – A lecture theatre filled with musical delight – Graz University Orchestra
A lecture theatre is, in fact, a place for thinking. On 28 June 2026, it will become a place for listening – in the truest sense of the word.
The Graz University Orchestra will transform Lecture Theatre 15.03 in the RESOWI Centre into a concert hall.
Under the baton of conductor Andrej Skorobogatko, the GUO will present an evening featuring three masterpieces of the Classical and Romantic periods.
Programme:
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: Overture to The Abduction from the Seraglio, K. 384
Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy: Violin Concerto in E minor, Op. 64
Franz Schubert: Symphony No. 6 in C major, D 589
The renowned violinist Susan Collins will perform as soloist.
