Half 9 Gin from the Graz Region delights with its unmistakable flavour and is a prime example of Styrian gourmet culture. During their studies, three friends, inspired by the art of distilling, created a gin that is the perfect accompaniment to a gin and tonic - this is how Half 9 Gin was born.
Today, The Ginery offers four unique varieties that are characterised by first-class quality and a clear flavour line. But it's not just about enjoyment here: visitors can unleash their creativity in interactive gin seminars at The Ginery.
With over 60 different botanicals, participants have the opportunity to develop their own personalised gin composition. The individually created recipes are distilled, refined and then tasted directly on site. Of course, everyone takes home their finished, unique creation - a special moment of pleasure for private gin lovers.
