ALL ABOUT PUMPKINSEED OIL
Pumpkinseed oil tasting for groups of 10 or more at Gasthaus Stainzerbauer (by appointment only!)
Immerse yourself in the wonderful world of Styrian pumpkin seed oil PGI! During this tasting, you’ll discover – almost as an aside – that oil doesn’t always have to be extracted by drilling, and that seeds can also be found in the ‘Plutzer’. Far more important are the different flavour nuances, textures and colours. And – last but not least – the cosy atmosphere at the ‘Stainzerbauer’.
Includes: Tasting of three to four different pumpkin seed oils with 3-course menu to follow, with Styrian pumpkin seed oil of course.
