What began in 2018 as a one-off event to mark the 140th anniversary of the Graz tram service has since become a fixture of the summer in Graz and is hugely popular with tourists and locals alike!
Various vintage trams from different decades will run from 11 July to 13 September 2026, every Saturday and Sunday between 12 noon and 6 pm on the route from Jakominiplatz to Laudongasse.
The ride is free of charge. Donations towards the upkeep of the vehicles are welcome!
Unfortunately, there are only a limited number of seats. Once the Sommer-Bim is full, boarding is no longer possible!
The journey takes around 30 minutes.
