Located in the heart of Graz's Old Town, Cosimo – The Tramezzini Manufactory brings the authentic taste of Italy to Graz. Freshly prepared tramezzini, crispy crostini, Mediterranean specialties, selected wines and Prosecco create the perfect setting for an aperitivo or a relaxing culinary break.
The bread is supplied by the neighboring Hofbäckerei Edegger-Tax, reflecting Cosimo's commitment to quality and regional craftsmanship. Together with Cantinetta & Cicchetti, Brigante, Hofbäckerei and other businesses along Hofgasse, Cosimo is part of the "Little Italy" initiative, bringing the spirit of Italy and authentic dolce vita to Graz.
