Bärenschützklamm
The Bärenschützklamm, one of the most beautiful water-bearing rock gorges in Austria, can be reached in about 40 minutes from Graz. Through the Bärenschützklamm, 164 bridges and wooden ladders take you up to the “Zum Guten Hirten” rest stop.

The gorge is openend from 1st of May to 31st of October
The hike from Mixnitz through the gorge to the “Zum guten Hirten” mountain hut and back via the so-called Prügelweg trail takes around 5 hours, depending on the chosen starting point.
